i think your best bet would be a dark red or burghandy. it will bring out the color of your complexion nicely. If not i'd go with a bright shade of red, but make sure it doesn't like like cheap lipstick or else it will overwhelm your face.
A light shade of pink or a light colored red would look really pretty on you,


or if u use lip gloss use a little of clear lip gloss to make it shine and pop
Too much eyeliner.
maybe a light pink with gloss? its hard to see your lips in that pic. A good dark pink would probably look good too.
Yeah way too much eyeliner.


Tone it down a bit.
i think a pinky red shade would look great
