Well I don't know about the eyeshadow, but definitely use red lipstick!
try shades of light pink and beige.....just stick with neutral colors on the eyes, and nude, glossy lips!

Tips on mineral makeup and how to apply...

http://homebeautytips.blogspot.com
brown and chocolate shades will enhance your eyecolor. (nice to wear in general)

Grape and lavenders will make your eyes pop. Bring out your brown eyes with a soft brown pencil liner and lengthening mascara. If you want to try on more color, choose from dark blue, wine or purple eyeshades to line your eyes, closer to the eyelashes. You also can line the eyelids with dark blue, dark grey, wine or purple color. Do softening of the lines with a soggy brush or with a sponge tipped applicator. Outline the eyes with kajal using a kajal pencil. Kajal makes your eyes appealing and cool and this looks extremely good on Asians and especially Indian women. You also can do Mascara to thicken the eyelashes. Mascara will give a glamorous look to you. wiggle the mascara brush at the root of your eyelashes so you can really get it in.

For your lipstick choose colors like copper, bronze, dark red, wine and burgundy. You can use a single color or a blend of two colors.

It really depends on what type of look you are going for. If it's an everyday look then you do want to stick with neutral colors and something that flatters your face. I would guess that we are close in skin tone and I also have dark eyes and over time I have found that when it comes to eyeshadow that all colors look good you just have to find the right shade that goes with your skin tone. Pinks really pop but it does need to be a darker pink.

Your best bet would be to go to a professional makeup counter and have them do your colors most of them are free and you don't have to make a purchase.
The absolute best colors for your skin tone is like goldens, shimmers, and browns TRUST ME IM AFRICAN AMERICAN!!! Good luck
do you have a wal-mart where you live? if you do the eye shadow is called shimmering sand by cover girl i believe. It comes in a thing with 3 different brown. Is is my favorite and it is so pretty. but i dont wear lipstick only gloss so sorry on that part.
