What colors and shades of eyeshadow and lipstick should I use?

I recently dyed my hair dark honey blonde and I have very pale peachy skin with light blue/grey eyes. What shades of eyeshadow and lipstick/gloss should I use...Thanks in advance:)What colors and shades of eyeshadow and lipstick should I use?

eyeshadow i normally i use fairly natural brown tones but pastel colours and blacks and grey look nice. Although i find it more different to do bright colours.





for lipgloss/lipstick clear never fails to make lips look fuller and prettier :)
A picture could help me decide. But from what i picture is golden/bronze eyeshawdo (if you want natural) or grayish/silver (if you want to have a bit more depth) and for gloss light pink or a redish pink or dark pink.... depends on what look u want
